Mobile Device Management (MDM)

This Three-day course provides attendees with the knowledge to install, configure and support Syclo’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. Key topics covered in this class are the Configuration and Management concepts that train the user on how-to best use MDM. The course is interactive and allows the students the opportunity to use the product in a hands-on environment. MDM provides the tools to efficiently manage a large population of mobile devices remotely from a centralized location.

The course has three days of classroom instruction. Location: Syclo offices Hoffman Estates, IL USA (60169)

Student Requirements

Proficiency with the concepts of general software development logic and object oriented development and design.
Some basic understanding of network concepts and client-server communications.
Though not a requirement the ability to understand, at least at a basic level, pre-written SQL statements is beneficial.

This is a 3 day course running Monday through Wednesday. Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. US Central Time. Please make travel plans accordingly. MDM Course Overview available in the Learning Center to your left.
