Syclo Announces Key Addition to Executive Management Team
Syclo focuses on growth in customer acquisitions and building its CRM program
Hoffman Estates, Ill., January 16, 2006 – Syclo, a leading developer of mobile computing solutions, today announced it has expanded its executive team. A new position, Executive Vice President, Customer Care, has been created and is filled by Dwight Clarke, an experienced leader in professional service organizations.
"Syclo continues to experience rapid growth, including record revenue growth in 2006," said Richard Padula, President and CEO. "The addition of Dwight to our executive team will ensure we have the resources and talented leadership necessary to continue our successful rate of new customer acquisitions while still delivering superior support to our current customer base."
As Executive Vice President, Customer Care, Clarke will assume the supervisory role of Syclo's Customer Support and Professional Services teams and will focus on building a best-in-class CRM operation within Syclo. Clarke comes to Syclo from Bell Tech.logix Group where he led the sales and marketing organization. He also has significant experience leading professional services organizations. Specifically, he was at Siemens for eight years leading their help desk and remedy practices, as well as managing national accounts sales for IBM and Aspect Telecommunications.

Syclo has also created a new role to help address the growing complexity of both its projects and customers' challenges to build an enterprise-wide mobile strategy. Bill Padula will take on the role of Vice President, Solutions Architecture. In this role, Bill will concentrate on the design and architecture of the complex mobile solutions Syclo offers its customers and will assist the sales team in delivering solutions that will improve overall business processes.
