Syclo Names Joe Granda Executive Vice President, Marketing

Hoffman Estates, Ill. – January 31, 2007 – Syclo, a leading developer of mobile computing solutions, has appointed Joe Granda to the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing. In his new position, Granda, an experienced technology marketing leader, will be responsible for product marketing, marketing communications and inside sales. He will manage the company's marketing to boost Syclo’s visibility in the mobile community, as well as lead product launches and new product strategy.

We are certain that his experience in software B2E marketing will be instrumental in further increasing sales and expanding market share.”

With more than 16 years of experience, Granda has a proven track record in marketing, sales and alliances with Internet, computer and software companies. Prior to joining Syclo, Granda was Vice President of Business Development at CMS, leading sales and marketing for an enterprise software firm. Previously, he held senior marketing positions at GE, Orbit Commerce (e-commerce software) and SPSS (business intelligence and data mining software).

Granda holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Penn., and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
