Collect timely and accurate readings:  Inspectors download assigned rounds at the start of shift and can view location, equipment id numbers, histories and limits.  Once on thescene, merely scan a barcode or RFID tag to verify the particular asset or meter and enter measure points, units of measure and other observations.
