Training Programs: Payment Options

Terms of Payment:

Payment, in U.S. Dollars, must be received in our office no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of class.  Classroom space is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Invoice/P.O.

Syclo will send an invoice to the individual registering (the trainee).  If the invoice needs to be sent to the attention of a different individual, please indicate this on the registration form.  Payment must be received via check, in U.S. Dollars, five days before the training date and made payable to Syclo.  Please remit payment to:

We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express through our website and over the phone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to ten (10) business days before class are fully refundable.  Cancellations received between three (3) and ten (10) business days are refundable, subject to an administrative service charge of $100.00.  Cancellations received less than three (3) business days before class are subject to the entire course fee, which may be applied to any future class.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for full payment of the class.  Substitutions of one student for another may be made at any time provided the substitute meets course prerequisites.
